We've taken part in many major modernization projects across Ottawa. We are proud to have completed all projects on time and with a 100% first inspection pass rate. We take pride in providing our clients with quality results. Commercial, residential or industrial; we provide modernization packages for all.
Ottawa City Hall
We began the modernization of 7 elevators in March 2020. Our crews worked hard through COVID-19 pandemic challenges to finish this project 6 months ahead of schedule. This project included a Lobby Panel tie in to include 7 newly modernized elevators and 2 existing elevators.
Ottawa Art Gallery
With construction beginning in November 2019, we did a complete modernization of the existing passenger elevators at the Ottawa Art Gallery. Extra precautions were taken to keep safety a top priority in this public museum. Replacing the original manufactured product with a new, code compliant elevator system was a major upgrade. The project finished ahead of schedule and on budget.
Audi West Hunt Club
As an overview, this project required the installation of 2 new elevators. In order to transport the luxury vehicles to the second floor viewing window, we installed a 10,000 lbs hydraulic freight elevator. Additionally, there is a passenger elevator to safely bring potential new car owners to the desired floor.
